The TFW 8 Week Warrior Challenge is different to other fitness programs. Firstly, it's designed to build you up from the start. You'll learn correct form in all the exercises plus we'll provide you with the necessary education, nutritional tips and advice to make a sustainable change to your lifestyle.

Secondly, the TFW Warrior Challenge Is NOT designed to put you through extreme intense workouts and a highly restrictive diet. It's designed to EMPOWER you to make sustainable changes to your nutrition and coach you how to train smart to get great results using a combination of strength and metabolic/cardio training to get the greatest fat burn and lean muscle growth throughout the program and beyond, while having fun doing it.

Thirdly, we don't just train your body, we focus on your mindset. Throughout the challenge you'll get motivational messages, hear success stories and get personal attention and support by our coaches and other students. Our focus at TFW is COMMUNITY AND FAMILY. An 8 Week Comprehensive Fitness Program Designed To Get You Results!

The 8 week warrior challenge is a comprehensive fitness program with strength & conditioning training sessions, nutrition coaching, measurements, accountability platforms, and access to our coaches 24/7 to help you get from where you are to where you want to go.
Our Group Fitness Training Sessions are designed for the maximum fat burn and muscle growth over the 8 Week Challenge. Even though we follow a plan the coaches will adjust the training program for each individual based on their physical and mobility needs.


At each session you'll be provided with nutritional tips, advice and tricks to assist you in making the changes to your nutrition in a sustainable way. Our plan is based on the Warrior 20 power foods, which are the head of the pack in terms of health and nutrition.


Through our unique motivational messages and motivational and mindset approach to training you will receive plenty of motivation from our Coaches. We encourage each individual along the way and will hold you accountable, yep that’s right we will hold you accountable to empower you to take charge of your destiny and fitness Goals.


As well as personal one-on-one support from your coaches. You'll get access to our private Facebook group where you can communicate directly with coaches and other students. Plus you'll have access to our Warrior Tracker Software. You'll have access to your program and log and track your progress.
