8 weeks into her time with TFW and Rupa shares her experience

 Where was your life before TFW

"Before training with Malcolm I used to be working out 6-7 days a week! My fitness had turned into an unhealthy obsession. I was counting calories every time I put anything in my mouth and used to feel very guilty if I ate anything “Wrong” 

 Where was your life before TFW

"I Was scared I would not fit into the group, I was also worried about whether it would be too hard for me."

What results have you seen

"I have lost over 9cms from my waist in the 8 weeks but it's not just that. overall I feel stronger for lifting weights and feel good about myself."


What is your life Now?

Life is really great now as I train only 4 days a week and am able to still lose weight, I have a balance between fitness and taking care of my family. I don’t make separate meals for my family and myself anymore. "


What would you say to anyone thinking of joining TFW?

"I personally think that everyone who wants to lose weight or tone up should join TFW. Malcolm is an excellent Coach who gets you results but at the same time is also concerned about your overall health. "

"He is so patient and listens to you and gives advice based on your needs, not the other way round."

"Also for me The most important things are that he answers your messages very quickly, He always motivates you to do better every time and if you have been naughty with your food he never tells you off or makes you feel guilty. I think that’s the best part about him which encourages you not to cheat!!

Helen at 16 weeks




16 weeks in and Helen shares her feelings about TFW and her results


"Before I started with Malcolm and TFW I lacked confidence, I had been yo-yo dieting and had no self-esteem. I was basically a hermit, I stayed at home and didn’t do anything or go anywhere."



"I was worried that I wouldn't fit in, if I could commit to the program and stick it through till the end. I was also worried that it would be too tough."

"But now I feel better in myself, I’m more confidant,

I'm ME again the person I used to be years ago"


"I’ve been saying for 5 or 6 years that I wanted to change my job but I never felt able."

"Because of the confidence the class has given me I start a new job soon"


"On the physical side  I can now play with my nephews and niece and I feel better in myself, with more energy and I can see a new shape forming as i'm losing the weight. 

And the compliments from friends and family are a bonus"


"If anyone has any doubts about joining the class I would say to them If i'd known about TFW  I would have started sooner rather than later. There is a light at the end of the tunnel! JUST DO IT, it's the Best thing I ever did!"

Helen has now lost over 2 stone and 20 cms from her waist, stomach and hips
